Допилил дополнения к Нивену.

Техническое:

Спутники Кольца - интересная зона нестабильности круговых гелиоцентрических орбит в плоскости Кольца. Ниже 2000 и выше 2.5 миллионов км орбиты стабильны, а в промежутке нет. Плюс спиральные орбиты.

Падение стен (причина) - допустим, у нас упали стены на участке в десяток миллионов км. Как долго проживут люди на середине Кольца между дырами и на противоположной стороне? (подсказка - Кольцо офигительно большое)
